We talk about the Seven Promises openly, and it’s part of our EOS presentation.  I stand up in front of everybody and tell them it’s my job to lead an organization where there’s a high degree of belonging, which is based on shared belief and a common understanding of who we are as a company and what we’re trying to do. We want to create a place where people understand and embrace what they’re accountable for, which comes with a commitment from the company to create great ways to measure what we do. We have ears to listen, so speak up. We’re excited about you leaning in and being able to self-develop and, ultimately, to achieve balance.
