OUR SEVEN CRITICAL NEEDS COACHES
Meet the team – Our BITE7 Coaches and Coaches using BITE7 with their Clients.
The coaches below are believers in The Seven Critcial Needs and use the approach to strengthen Implementations driving Buy-In, Inclusion, Trust and Engagement.

Walt Brown – BITE7 Founder
With over 190 EOS® implementations and 2,000+ leadership team sessions under his belt, Walt Brown isn’t just experienced—he’s battle-tested. After decades helping organizations install the Entrepreneurial Operating System and other business frameworks, Walt now focuses on what most overlook: – the tune-up!
Because installing the system is only the beginning. The real value comes when your operating system runs clean, smooth, and powerful—aligned with your culture, trusted by your people, and actually delivering the cash flow it promised.
Walt diagnoses the hidden cultural and structural friction that undermines traction. Using the BITE7 Framework, he helps leadership teams recalibrate how EOS is working throughout the company—not just in the leadership team.
He doesn’t just help you run on EOS. He helps you win with it.

Chris Dawson – BITE7 Head Coach
After 17 years teaching and coaching high school students, Coach Dawson now spends his time teaching and coaching business leaders.
As a head football coach, he had a passion for creating Buy-in, Inclusion, Trust, and Engagement (BITE) in his program. He loved the challenge of getting players and coaches to Buy-in to the program’s core values, mission, and strategy, as well as their unique roles on the team. He was passionate about creating a program in which every player felt Included because of the respect, affirmation, and love they received from their coaches and teammates. The players spent countless hours each summer and fall grinding, sweating, striving, and working together to build Trust – trust each player had that the teammates on either side of him would do their jobs so that he could focus on doing his. Finally, he devised ways to help each player actively Engage with his assignments with complete focus and take ownership of his impact on the program.
Three years ago Walt Brown invited Chris to join him in coaching business leaders on the same principles of Buy-in, Inclusion, Trust, and Engagement. Chris has been pleased to find that the fundamentals of creating great football teams are the same as creating great busines steams.
Using the BITE7 Framework and Proven Process, Coach Dawson continues to pursue his lifelong passion of helping teams and team members reach their highest potential.
